Nell has been painting with acrylics on canvas for 20 years. Her subjects for painting range from figure, landscapes, city scapes, portraits and non-representational. She was enjoying a successful career exhibiting and selling her art when she learned about Emotional Freedom Technique.

Nell's underlying interest is and has been for a long time in how the body, spirit, mental and emotional systems work in our lives. She was hooked when her attention came to rest on the simplicity and results of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). She is trained and practices EFT with and for others. Anyone can learn and memorize the technique quickly and take it with themselves wherever they go as it is as close and is your own hand. My Personal Story (condensed)
By age two, my parents had separated and shortly after ... divorced. My father stayed in California, my mother moved back to Utah. By my 13th birthday my mother had divorced her fourth husband, my father had divorced is third wife. Moving every 1 1/2 - 2 years between them gave me plenty opportunities for environmental adapting. My life theme was 'Constant Change' ... new schools, friends, homes and even families. It seemed I was always adjusting to new experiences.

At twenty nine I too was divorced, living with my mother, surrounded by chaos in an environment lacking fulfillment and support for growth in my life. After a childhood of ‘I can’t messages’ I was living an adult life of ‘I can’t experiences.’ After being led to several powerful books that moved me into a new reality of understanding I decided to leave Utah. I packed up and moved to Dallas, TX! I’d never been there, didn’t know anyone there and had no job waiting for me when I arrived. Some might call that brave or gutsy. For me, it was simply survival.

To date I celebrate stability in a healthy, loving marriage and a rewarding career as an IT Trainer and Problem Solver with a Fortune 200 Company. After 11 years of creating a whole new reality for my own life, I’m passionate about helping others achieve more for themselves. It only takes ONE DECISION to change the direction of your life!
